PROBLEM #1: MUNICIPAL WATER DELIVERY
The water coming through your tap has been used many times before. Water is drawn from rivers, lakes, and wells, and pumped into your municipal water plant. The water then travels through pipe systems to your home, which may be decades old, and can potentially leech other contaminants into the water supply.
PROBLEM #2: TRIHALOMETHANES
